Zusammenfassung:The manufacturing technology of a block using carbon dioxide from a steel plant and steel-making slag as was developed. Slag and added water are filled in a frame vessel, and from a bottom of a vessel C0 sub 2 gas saturated with steam was blown. A block with maximum size of 1 m cube was manufactured. The preliminary experiment for the utilization of blocks for reproduction of sea resources, principally sea weed, was conducted.
