Zusammenfassung:A process of drawing of rope wire, steel D62A from 4.23 mm to 1.96 mm in 6 draws with speed 1.6 m/s has been analyzed in the work. On the base of values of deformation resistance 'r' and working capacity 'Z' the distribution of minimal reserves of working capacity in a deformation zone of concave and convex die was determined for elastic-plastic approach of finite elements method with FORGE 2 programme.
