Zusammenfassung:Worland and El-Sheikh interview with Jay Inslee, the governor of Washington State about the 'enormous' U.S. climate investment, his own state's bill, and a new light at COP27 is presented. Inslee mentions "First off, it's enormous: $350 billion. The scale is not only tremendous, but the comprehensive nature of it is tremendous. It uses multiple tools and investments, not just one.
