Zusammenfassung: | High rates of heating and cooling coupled with short duration of heat treatment during laser annealing of metal-metalloid glasses led to the following conclusions: In contrast to isothermal treatment, laser heating can change not only the order of phase formation and decomposition, but also the crystallization reaction. Various heating conditions produced by CW CO sub 2 and pulsed ruby lasers led to changes in the phase composition in the cross section of the ribbon. Materials: Fe sub 61 Co sub 20 Si sub 5 B sub 14 and Co sub 68 Fe sub 4 Cr sub 4 Si sub 13 B sub 11 . |
