Zusammenfassung: | Almost thirty years have passed since the discovery of metal hydrides; however, only a secondary battery achieved success in industrial applications up to present. The reason is the economic conditions. Functions, applications, varieties of hydrides and investigations toward higher functions are introduced. The development of hydrides with higher functions has been conducted in WENET (World Energy Network) under the Sunshine Project of MITI and results are expected in the near future. |
