Zusammenfassung: | The structure of a rich premixed flat flame of H2 + CO + N2O + Ar at 30 Torr is here investigated using molecular beam mass spectrometry. Three different mechanisms are tested in order to establish a model for the flame. Good agreement is obtained between calculation and experiment results, and it is demonstrated that the main reaction for the consumption of N2O is N2O + H yields N2 + OH; an additional dissociation reaction operates as a branching reaction by generating O atoms.
