Zusammenfassung:As the domain refining methods in grain oriented electrical sheet using laser or plasma have the disadvantage of insufficient heat resistivity, the development of domain refining method for heat proof domain-refined grain-oriented electrical sheet was a target in the present investigation. The new technology (RGHPD), employs principally the photoresist method. The industrial production started in 1992.
