Zusammenfassung: | This item has been previously abstracted from original Russian. A design of a special device elaborated for determination of gas drainage efficiency during extrusion and intrapore gas pressure in iron and ZhGr0.8 steel compacts is described. Using this device the effect exerted by morphology of iron powder particles, dimensions and shape of pressed articles, rate and multiplicity of pressing, as well as plasticizer amount on the studied parameters is investigated. Recommendations are given to develop methods for pressing of high dense articles. |
