Zusammenfassung: | Manganese and Zr (1 and 5%, respectively) were added to the Cu-Zn-Al alloy in the present study. It is concluded that martensite stabilization was observed in both alloys when martensite phase aging was imposed. However, the aging effects were less serious for the Cu-Zn-al-Mn-Zr alloy. With appropriate parent phase aging after the martensite phase aging, vacancies pinning at the martensite boundaries can be reduced. The stabilized martensite can be revitalized. The transformation temperatures can be lowered again for both alloys. Nevertheless, Cu-Zn-Al-Mn-Zr SMA exhibited a better thermal stability than the Cu-Zn-Al SMA. |
