Zusammenfassung:Electrical conductivity, Hall effect coefficient and thermoelectric power have been measured for bulk films as a function of temperature between 90 and 480 K for values of x between 0 and 0.25. The electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power measurements showed that a phase transition occurred at low temperatures and that this transition temperature decreased with increase in x. The Hall effect coefficient was independent of temperature for all compositions.
