Zusammenfassung:Cobalt molybdate is studied from the standpoint of the possibility to use it for production of high-voltage thick-film dividers instead of volumetric and thin-film ones. Pilot-scale specimens of thick-film highly ohmic resistors on the cobalt molybdate base are produced. They are applied on thin ceramic substrates as microcircuits, voltage dividers. Main characteristics of the resistor circuit of the voltage divider are determined: resistance to high voltage and scattered power.
