Zusammenfassung: | The IR and far-IR spectra of PrBa2Cu3O(6.3) films at incidence angles of 7, 12, and 30 deg were presented. The films with Y-ZrO2 substrate have c-axis orientation, which is perpendicular to the film plane. In the spectra at the incidence angles of 7 and 12 deg, six reflection peaks located at 110, 168, 240, 350, 570, and 635/cm, respectively, were observed, which arose from six E(u) modes vibrating parallel to the a-b plane. As the incidence angles rise to 30 deg, an additional mode at 465/cm is manifested, corresponding to an A(2u) mode vibrating parallel to the c-axis. The influence of the substrate on reflectivity was also considered by comparing the spectra of films with different thicknesses. (Author) |
