Zusammenfassung: | In the H-shape steel bars in order to produce such shapes, even powerful mills like thick plate roll machines are considered to be uneconomical and it is very difficult to increase the toughness of steel which has gone through structural miniaturization due to sufficient rolling and gamma recrystillization that comprises the basis of thick plate TMCP. Using a new TMCP, these authors have developed a new H-shape steel bar that resolves such problem through which the phenomena of fine inclusion metallurgy has been utilized to its maximum. The method can be reffered to as 3rd generation TMCP following the controlled-cooling 2nd generation TMCP. A diagram shows the micro-structure of very thick H-shape steel and that of thick steel plates. At high temperatures only low pressure rolling of such H-shape steel can be done. |
