Zusammenfassung: | Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic brought several routine changes, altering dietary patterns. Inter-individual food intake changes throughout the week, resulting in a positive energy balance. Objective: To analyze possible changes in dietary patterns between the days of the week during the Covid-19 Pandemic period. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional research, whose data were collected online, between the months of May/2020 and July/2020, using a structured questionnaire and two 24-hour recalls (one referring to the consumption during the week, and another at the weekend), in addition to the application of the Audit questionnaire to verify alcohol consumption, sent to young people, of both sexes, between 18 and 29 years old. The Healthy Eating Index 2015-2020 (USDA 2015) was used for qualitative analysis. The project was approved by the CEP of UNIMEP, under CAAE number 33081220.5.0000.5507. Results: The research indicated that there was similarity in consumption of the food groups evaluated by the Healthy Eating Index (IAS-2015-2020), regardless of the day of the week and gender; except for the consumption of whole grains (p=0.046) and meats, legumes and eggs (p=0.024), whose consumption among men was significantly higher than among women. However, the interviewees did not present risk consumption for the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Conclusion: There was no change in the dietary pattern of young people aged between 18 and 29 years old, between the weekend and during the week; as well as the risk of alcohol consumption was abstemious or low, during the Covid-19 Pandemic. |
