Zusammenfassung: | There has recently been a significant increase in interest in the practical use of contact friction to improve pressing, extrusion, and closed-die forging, and sheet-metal stamping. The focus of researchers' attention in this area has been on improving the efficiency of the pressing of products made of hard-to-deform aluminum alloys. To solve the problem, it will be necessary to eliminate or significantly reduce strain non-uniformity in the finished product. Such non-uniformity is intimately related to the quality of the final product. The mathematical model that was developed and realized in the form of the computing system SPLEN-S (PRESS) can serve as an effective means of analyzing the flow of material in pressing with active friction. The model and the system can also be used to calculate control regimes that will ensure the desired physical properties in the pressed product. Material: AMg6 aluminum base alloy. |
