Zusammenfassung:Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood cancer in the world, which is associated with a wide spectrum of factors that play an important role in epidemiology, risk stratification, and therapeutic intervention. Several studies have shown the role of microRNAs (miRNAs) in the development of the disease. Genetic variations such as single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miRNAs can alter their function and lead to alter the expression of their target genes.
