Zusammenfassung:This study demonstrates the usefulness of SANS measurement in characterising the microstructure of single-crystal nickel-base superalloys. Special data analysis procedures based on different microstructural models were used to measure some morphological parameters of gamma ' precipitate. Shape of the cuboidal gamma ' particles could be quantitatively described by rounding of cube edges with the help of the ratio r/a and particle orientation distribution or by the distribution of gamma / gamma ' interface orientation.
