Zusammenfassung: | In regard to magnetic disks when magnetic layer is formed on a glass substrate using electroless method, it is necessary to carry out pretreatment to give catalytic properties to the substrate. This is the sensitizing activating method which is used by authors to measure the properties of absorbed material on the slide glass (76x26x1 mm) substrate and investigate the correlation between obtained coating and surface morphology. The effect of pretreatment and SnCl sub 2 concentration of sensitizer on amounts of Sn and Pd absorbed on glass substrate are given with SEM images of Co-P deposits etc. |
