Zusammenfassung:We present an experimental study of the dielectric behaivor of a dispersion of carbon black in epoxy resin composites in the frequency range 100 Hz to 15 MHz. Our data appear to be in qualitative agreement with the dielectric behavior expected near the percolation threshold by the scaling laws and with the prediction of the dielectric universal response on both sides of the insulator-conductor transition.
