Zusammenfassung: | The coarsening of cementite particles during tempering of medium carbon steels, investigated using a power law relationship, is controlled by a combination of the different coarsening mechanisms. In the comparison of the coarsening mechanisms for particles located at boundaries with those inside boundaries, the coarsening of cementite particles at boundaries is significantly influenced by boundary diffusion and diffusion along dislocation, while those inside boundaries is significantly influenced by boundary diffusion and matrix diffusion. |
