Zusammenfassung:Persistent photoconductivity (PPC) at low temperature in Pb sub 0.75 Sn sub 0.25 Te(In) has been investigated using kinetic equations which describe transport processes on DX-center. We present measured and calculated photoconductivity as a function of illumination. By comparing measured and calculated temperature dependence of the free carrier concentration and resistivity for illuminated and unilluminated n-type samples at steady state we could estimate numeric values of mathematical model constants.
