Zusammenfassung:	Cairo Metro Line 2 will link the pyramids of Giza on the west bank of the Nile to central and northern Cairo on the opposite bank when completed in 2001. Describes briefly the methodology used for construction of the 18 stations, tunnels and workshop including the first ever tunnel under the Nile.
