Zusammenfassung:The magnetic correlations in the strongly hole-doped spin chains of Sr sub(2.5 )Ca sub(11.5)Cu sub(24)O sub(41) have been studied with mu super(+)SR. Zero field and longitudinal field mu super(+)SR data prove the development of static magnetic order at temperatures below T sub(N)[asymptotically equal to]2.3. However, the measured spectra markedly differ from the findings in other magnetically ordered compounds. In particular, in the ordered state we observe a peculiar nearly constant muon polarization at short times. copyright 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
