Vaccine Efficacy in Adults in a Respiratory Syncytial Virus Challenge Study

A human challenge model of RSV was used to assess the safety and immunogenicity of a bivalent RSV prefusion F protein–based vaccine against RSV infection. This vaccine construct has been advanced to further clinical testing.
