Zusammenfassung: | Collins et al discuss the case study of a previously health 18-year-old man with a week's history of progressive dyspnea and cough. He had begun vaping commercially available nicotine mixtures 3 months before (occasionally with cannabidiol). Within 24 hours of admission, he developed severe respiratory failure, requiring intubation. Computed tomography demonstrated widespread "tree-in-bud" nodularity with more confluent apical lesions and lower lobe consolidation. |
