Zusammenfassung: | Experimental procedures allowing the identification of the constitutive equations of ceramic powder during compaction and sintering, respectively, are described and applied to alumina powder. These equations have been introduced in a finite element code and the compaction and sintering of an alumina part have been successively simulated. The green density distribution and the final dimensions predicted by the simulation are compared with experimental values. |
