Zusammenfassung: | The Volzhsk Pipe Plant has developed a technology that includes refining, out-of-furnace treatment, rolling, and heat treatment for hot-rolled tubes of steel 13GFA with a diameter of 159-426 mm. The tubes have above-average resistance to cold and corrosion in hydrogen sulfide. Tubes in strength groups from X42 to X65 in the standard API 5L can be obtained by varying the heat-treatment regime. Such tubes are very resistant to stress corrosion cracking during service in media that contain hydrogen sulfide. |
