Zusammenfassung: | With the aim of optimizing production and making it more reliable, quality processes have spread through all parts of industry. Standards are now a guarantee that more and more customers are demanding and are becoming a necessity in our modern world. The main principle on which each quality process is based is the traceability. If a problem appears a posteriori, it is necessary to have all the data available in order to be able to identify the cause. Applying this principle to its activity, INTESPACE is now equipped with powerful means that allow it, for the totality of its mechanical tests, to store entirely the test facility configuration, including the acquisition chain and, in a general way, all the associated documentation. Centralized on an HP server through a high flow network, data are stored on a juke box which is managed by DynaWorks software. A 300 Go memory space is allocated to the operators and customers, which authorizes the management of test data for two years directly on line. The oldest data are archived on disks, which can be recalled instantaneously and automatically. The redundancy of all the links of this chain ensures the very high reliability of the system. |
