Zusammenfassung: | A more effective method for tumor cell separation from peripheral blood was established. The results of optimized magnetic particles verified by analyzing yield, purity and viability of isolated epithelial tumor cells were compared with a commercial kit for immunomagnetic cell separation. Porous silica particles of 230
nm were found to give best recovery rates and high viability of extracted cells. |
