Zusammenfassung: | This paper investigates the influence of the concentration effects on the dynamic range and the readings of the model micro-LPS-16 particle counter and size analyzer for particle concentration in liquid and its distribution in channels. The dependence of the readings on liquid flow rate through the Integrated Micro-Optical Liquid Volumetric sensor is studied as well. Recommendations are given for measuring particles in liquids with high or low viscosity. Measurement errors due to the above-mentioned factors are discussed. (Author) |
