Zusammenfassung:This paper describes an optical method based on deflectometry to measure the slope fields on the whole surface of a plate specimen under bending testing. The phase-stepping procedure used provides an excellent sensitivity on the slope measurement, which was measured and found to be better than 2.5 mult 10 exp -5 rad. Experimental results are presented along with finite element simulations. Materials: Al and glass/epoxy.
