Zusammenfassung:In this article, a newly developed sensor that measures bath and liquidus temperatures is described. The accuracy and reproducibility of the sensor are discussed, and the sensor's output is compared with results obtained using other techniques. A series of measurements in point-feed and center-worked cells are given. Finally, the evolution of bath and liquidus temperature is shown with respect to feed strategies.
