Zusammenfassung: | Fine and well crystallised perovskite powders have received much attention for microengineered piezoelectric and pyroelectric applications. The hydrothermal synthesis of crystalline, perovskite PbTiO3 powders through designed TiO2 precursors was studied. Single phase perovskite PbTiO3 powder could be successfully synthesised by adjusting the pH of the starting solution to 10.5, having a Pb/Ti ratio of 1.05, and by selecting the structure of the prehydrolysed Ti alkoxide as a starting source. 5 refs. |
