was closely related to members of the genus
, with highest levels of sequence similarity to

(97.9 %),

(97.5 %). The average nucleotide identity and digital DNA-DNA hybridization values between LAMRS1
and the closely related species of

were 78.1, 78.2 and 80.7 %, and 21.7, 22.0 and 23.7 %, respectively. The draft genome sequence of LAMRS1
was 4.61 Mb, with DNA G+C content of 36.2 mol%. The major isoprenoid quinone was menaquinone-6 and iso-C

3-OH and summed feature 3 (C

) constituted the major cellular fatty acids. The main polar lipids were phosphatidylethanolamine, four aminolipids, three glycolipids and seven unidentified lipids. On the basis of evidence presented in this study, strain LAMRS1
represents a novel species of the genus
