Zusammenfassung:The technique of Laplace transforms of positron lifetime spectra by means of the program CONTIN-PALS was applied to determine the size distribution of structural free volumes in nanocrystalline Mo. Narrow size distributions of free volumes centered at the sizes of 1 to 3 and about 12 missing atoms as determined earlier by multicomponent spectra analyses were observed.
