Zusammenfassung:Magnetic-phase transitions of the Nd sub 7 Ni sub 3 single crystal have been studied by AC magnetic susceptibility and magnetization measurements. There are two successive metamagnetic transitions along the a-axis in ferrimagnetic phase below T sub R = 8.7K. In the c-axis, a magnetic transition accompanied with a spin rearrangement occurs at about 4.5 T at 4.2K. The magnetic field temperature phase diagram is presented.
