Zusammenfassung:Impedance spectral measurements were used to investigate the anatase-rutile transformation in the presence and absence of silver as an impurity phase, starting from the hydrolysis of titanium isopropoxide. The findings were further supported by techniques such as thermal analysis and XRD data. Impedance spectral measurement appears to be an appropriate method for studying thermal transformation in titania sol-gel precursors. 13 refs.
