Quantity Control for JPEG Image Data Compression Using Fuzzy Logic Algorithm
This paper proposes a new method to control the quantity output of JPEG image data compression standard using Fuzzy Logic Algorithm. The performances of the output from the simulation results using 18 test images are as follows, mean -1.5%, the error range are from -3 to 1% and sigma is 1.5%.
