Zusammenfassung: | Powders have been prepared under conditions of the combined precipitation of tin(1V) and antimony (111) hydroxides. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger-electron spectroscopy methods have been used to study bulk composition peculiarities and powder surface. It is established that thick film sensory materials on their base are enriched antimony (111) ions and contain oxygen vacancies. The surface defects play a role of centers ensuring film sensitivity to gases. The materials under consideration are promising in the field of gas sensor electronics. |
