Information efficiency indices for the automatic control systems of complex dynamic plants

Based on the analysis and modeling of information processes in automatic control systems, information indices are proposed which provide a way to evaluate the functional and technological efficiencies of the automatic control systems of complex dynamic plants. The indices employ the known and synthesized information measures, ratios of the global and local technological efficiency indices, and controllability conditions for complex dynamic plants. (AIAA)
