Zusammenfassung:Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) investigations (9-92 GHz) of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy, K sub 1 , of Fe sub x Co sub 1-x alloy films are presented. The samples were prepared on MgO (001) substrates by rf sputtering. The bcc-fcc transition is found at approxx=0.15, which is also reflected in a maximum of the FMR linewidth. K sub 1 (x) follows qualitatively the bulk behavior, but the change of sign occurs at x=0.7, which is higher than in bulk samples. Additional temperature dependent measurements are shown.
