Zusammenfassung: | The results are presented of an examination of the formation and transfer of a droplet to the molten pool in consumable electrode welding in a shielding gas using high-speed filming and high-speed oscillographic recording of the process parameters. The experiments were carried out in deposition with a consumable electrode (shielding gases were CO sub 2 and argon, electrode material Sv-08G2S wire of 1.2 mm diameter). Deposition was carried out on a special stand with stabilisation of the electrode feed rate and welding speed (plus/minus1.2-2%). The welding torch was stationary, whereas the sheet travelled. The sheet was made of St3 steel, size 300 x 100 x 10 mm. [From Russian]. |
