| Zusammenfassung: | A short history of the synthesis of, and research on, single crystals is presented. Methods for obtaining semiconductor crystals, optical crystals, and metal single crystals (single crystals of a superalloy based on Ni), as well as their properties, are given. In the field of the kinetics and mechanism of crystal growth, the influence of dominant dislocation groups on the rate of crystal growth is investigated experimentally. (Author) |
