Zusammenfassung:BCG and conjugated meningococcal vaccines (cMen) are part of the recommended immunization program for young children ( 14 days at least. But additional studies are needed to explore the cellular-mediate response of the immune intervention as well. •Mice groups were injected with BCG vaccine and conjugated meningococcal vaccines.•The vaccines were administrated combined, co-administrated or 14 days apart.•Antibodies were assessed by ELISA after 6 weeks from the 1st dose of each vaccine.•BCG with conjugate meningococcal vaccine negatively impact their antibodies levels.
