Zusammenfassung: | A new series of Cu-Ti substituted M-type hexagonal ferrites with composition CaFexAlx(CuTi)6-xO19 (x = 0, 1, 3, 5) was synthesised by a ceramic technique. The XRD patterns showed single M-phase. The Seebeck coefficient studies were carried out so that the conductivity of these ferrites could be discussed. The magnetic and electrical properties were studied in a temperature range from 300 to 800 K. The conductivity is explained on the basis of the Verwey model. 19 refs. |
