CHARACTERISATION OF TWO Si3N4 COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE CERAMIC

C&C SiN-200 and C&C SiN-220 commercially available ceramics were investigated using both thermal and mechanical measurements. These properties were related to their microstructure and to their fabrication processes.
