Some aspects of kinetics and mechanism of the oxidative coupling of methane
Kinetic studies on the oxidative coupling of CH\+v\4\-v\ at 760, 770 and 780\0\C were conducted in a differential tubular flow reactor. Effects of oxygen partial pressure were also investigated. A model for the rate of reaction is derived assuming that the methyl radical is an intermediate.
