Zusammenfassung:The aim of the paper is to investigate the effect of the radiation gamma annealing in the temperature range from 100 to 800 deg C. Samples of graphite, diamond and the vessel steel 10KhMFT (weld metal) were irradiated in a wide range of gamma radiation fluxes. Irradiation conditions (neutron fluence, temperature and gamma radiation flux density) were determined for which took place the following processes: a) variation of the graphite crystal lattice parameter is more 5%; b) the diamond crystal lattice begins to transform in the amorphous state; c) increase of the temperature of steel transition in a brittle state is 100 deg C. The conclusion is made on the substantial effect of gamma radiation on the crystal defect annealing.
