Zusammenfassung: | Thermoelectric power measurements were used to study the precipitation kinetics in an 8011 commercial alloy which was thermomechanically treated to produce different initial states of strain hardening and Fe and Si supersaturation. Confirmed is the prevailing effect of the iron atoms in the precipitation process. The kinetics reveal that the precipitation process, which was magnified in strained samples, is typically multiphase. The theoretical analysis conducted for each microstructure, allowed us to obtain the parameters characterizing the alloy. |
