Phase diagram of oxygen ordering in high temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3Ox

Structural, magnetic and thermogravimetric measurements were carried out to investigate the phase diagram of oxygen ordering in YBa2Cu3Ox. Calculations for an intercalated system with quasi-@close@ elastic interaction between inserted oxygen and host lattice are presented. 42 refs.
